Mark B. Fredkin — Partner

Mark Fredkin is one of Northern California’s best known and most accomplished trial lawyers. His skills as a trial lawyer have been recognized by being voted into the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, in which there are only 500 active members in the United States. Mr. Fredkin was recognized by his peers in Santa Clara County, who elected him Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2006. In each of the past three years, lawyers have voted him one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Northern California. For more than 30 years, he has tried a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, business torts, and personal injury matters involving tens of millions of dollars in Federal and State courts throughout California as well as in other tribunals around the Country.

In his unyielding pursuit of the best outcome for his clients — ranging from entrepreneurs to major corporations — he has advanced their interests in mediation and arbitration as well as in the courtroom. He is recognized and respected by his peers not only for the results achieved and excellence demonstrated in the courtroom, but for his creativity and insight in the most intricate matters. For those reasons, Mr. Fredkin has developed a mediation practice that supplements his trial work.
